Feudi Bizantini Il Rabdomante is a standout cru from Abruzzo’s famed Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, showcasing the region’s spectacular terroirs and microclimates . Crafted from 100% Montepulciano grapes, the wine undergoes 15–20 days of stainless-steel maceration, followed by 9–12 months ageing in French and American barriques.
Ribboned with a ruby-red hue and garnet reflections, it unfolds an intense bouquet of dried florals, spices, marasca cherry, licorice, tobacco, and undertones of forest floor and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is stylish, velvety, almost creamy, boasting a compact structure where powdery tannins meld seamlessly with ripe fruit and alcohol. The finish is long and elegant, with opulent fruit and a lingering savor.
