Puchang Rkatsiteli “S” is an elegant organic white wine from Xinjiang’s Turpan Valley, crafted predominantly from the ancient Georgian Rkatsiteli grape and complemented with Welschriesling. Certified ECOCERT and naturally farmed, this wine captures the dramatic desert terroir — intense sunlight, dramatic diurnal shifts, and minerality from Gobi gravel soils.

Expect a brilliant pale-straw appearance with aromas of white peach, pear, citrus blossom, and subtle oak nuances. The palate is crisp, with bright lemon, nectarine, and saline accents, balanced by a round, long finish . At 13.5% ABV, it offers structure while remaining fresh and versatile — perfect with seafood, salads, and light Asian fare.

• Appearance:
  Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections; bright and clear in the glass.

• Aroma (Nose):
  Elegant and aromatic with notes of white peach, ripe pear, citrus blossom, and a touch of honeysuckle. Hints of wet stone and light oak add complexity.

• Palate:
  Fresh and crisp with a balanced acidity. Flavours of lemon zest, nectarine, and green apple evolve into a mineral, saline backbone. Mid-palate shows soft texture and light creaminess from lees contact or partial oak aging.

• Finish:
  Long and refreshing with lingering citrus and a whisper of almond or white pepper on the tail.
