90% Chardonnay and 10% Arneis, both grown in sandy limestone soil which helps give this wine a wonderful freshness and purity of character. The small addition of Arneis into the wine gives the profile a precise focus. Aged for 2 months on its lees, this Chardonnay dominant wine is well rounded with delicate bready tones and hints of butter. The fruit is pure and fresh with lots of delicate ripe stone fruit and gentle citrus.
