Chateau La Violette 2000

Medium garnet color. Cherry, clay, pot soil, leather, cedar in the bouquet. Medium body. Pleasant lingering but powerful acidity dominating throughout the palate and finish, makes it a perfect food wine (had with burger tatare and home made fries). Extremely well balanced. Long complex finish with beforementioned acidity mixed with baking spices, vanilla.
